Courtyard,  Residence Inn,   Spring Hill Suites   and Towne Place Suites by Marriott - 1700 locations have free in-room wired access (many locations offer free wireless access in hotel lobbies, meeting rooms and public spaces). You'll have to use their search function to see if it is offered at a location near your destination.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and Summerfield Suites - Wyndham ByRequest members get free access via Wayport, where available.

Holiday Inn Express has many locations with free wired high speed internet access.

All Clarion Hotels and Comfort Suites will offer free in-room Ethernet access by the end of 2004.
