Pacheca is the northern-most island in the
Archipelago of the Pearls, once a pearl-diving center consists of 60 tropical
islands spread between 35 and 70 miles southeast of Panama on the Pacific
Ocean side of the Central America Isthmus. Pacheca
is only 35 miles from the city of Panama.
On this location map, the bird island

Very small island NW of the Bird Island.
The white color is probably guano.
Frigate birds circle over their nest.
The nest and birds are in the large dark
green shrub in the lower-right of the picture.
The name of these small birds escapes me.
Interesting "blow hole" and after-spray.
A brown pelican flies past its nest
